Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. The Makhana Story delivers to all serviceable pin codes pan-India through our delivery partner, Shiprocket. Whether you're in a metro city or a smaller town, we'll get your makhana to you.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We freshly pack every order from our facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package in real time through Shiprocket's tracking page.

Damaged or Wrong Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
