Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. The Makhana Secret Story™ delivers to all serviceable pin codes pan-India through our trusted delivery partners. Whether you're in a metro city or a smaller town, we'll get your makhana to you.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

FREE shipping on orders above ₹499

Flat ₹79 shipping fee for orders below ₹499

Cash on Delivery is available with a handling fee added to your order total

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We freshly pack every order from our facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Damaged, Wrong, or Quality Issues

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, stale, or materially different product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or wrong item: We will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Stale, contaminated, or significantly undersized: We will offer a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preference after the pack has been opened and consumed beyond a reasonable inspection.
